Review: Product quality: fabric a little flimsy Fit: well True to product images: the tires aren't adjustable by it looks exactly like the photos Smell description: I bought this to wear as a Halloween costume, but I wouldn't have any worries about wearing it any other time. The fabric is a little bit thin and flimsy, but it looked great on with a victorian style blouse and I got lots of complements.
